It doesn’t matter if you have never bought jewelry before, we’ll walk you through the process and work with you on each step. We hope through making a custom piece with us you’ll leave with some extra knowledge about how jewelry is made and some facts on gemstones and diamonds! Whether you're looking to create a unique new piece or reset an heirloom, our goal is to make sure you end up with a piece you cherish.

How It Works

Decide what you would like to have done. We are willing to modify stock pieces, rework your old jewelry, create new designs or make personalize engagement rings. Send us an email with whatever idea you have (ex: Hello, I would like to propose to my girlfriend. I don't know what kind of ring she wants but she likes dainty jewelry and has sent me some photos of oval diamonds).
We will get back to you with follow up questions and specifications. It’s good to have an idea of what price range you’re looking in. At this early point in the process, we will send rough sketches to narrow down ideas.
At this stage we will finalize the design and pricing. Once the design has been picked, a 50% down payment is needed to start the piece. From this point, the custom piece will take 2-3 weeks to complete.
Your custom jewelry has been made and polished and is ready for wear! We will contact you to let you know it’s finished and you can pick up in person or have it shipped to your house. All jewelry must be paid for completely before pick up/shipping.
